I'm always guided by the organisation and the pace that feels right. The quickest EVP project I've delivered was 8 weeks; the longest was a year with a very complex organisation. Employer brand strategy can typically be done in 3 to 4 weeks, and the ECHO advocacy programme takes around 14 weeks from scope to live.
Absolutely. I work with organisations of all sizes, from large complex businesses like Kingfisher Group to smaller teams like Anthony Nolan and Weatherbys. The approach scales; the principles don't change.
That's often where the most interesting work happens. Sometimes an EVP needs refining, sometimes it needs better activation, and sometimes the honest answer is that it needs rethinking. We'll figure that out together.
Absolutely. If you already have an EVP you're confident in, EB Optimise is designed exactly for that: helping you build, strengthen, or evolve your employer brand through creative, content, and channel strategy.
Yes. The ECHO Programme is a standalone product. If your EVP and employer brand are already in good shape, we can focus entirely on building an employee advocacy programme that's set up to sustain, not just launch well and fade.
Every engagement is scoped to your situation, so I don't publish fixed prices. After our initial conversation, I'll put together a clear proposal so you know exactly what's involved and what it'll cost. No surprises.
Yes. I've delivered work across multiple markets, including for Kingfisher Group, Zooplus, and Booksy. The frameworks and approach travel well, and I'm experienced in navigating the complexity that comes with multi-market EVPs.
That depends on what you need. Some clients take it forward themselves. Others want support with activation, employer brand strategy, or building an advocacy programme. I'm set up for both, so there's no pressure to commit to more than you need.
Absolutely. I've worked alongside most of the employer brand agencies in the UK and I'm very comfortable with that model. I focus on the strategic EVP work and hand over to your agency for creative execution. If you don't have an agency yet and need one to take the EVP into creative, I can facilitate a pitch process to help you find the right fit.
Yes. A TVP focuses on one specific talent segment, like technology or engineering, and I apply the same rigour as a full EVP to truly understand that audience and develop a proposition tailored specifically to them. Some organisations need both an overarching EVP and segment-level TVPs; others just need one or the other. We'll figure out the right approach together.
Yes, and it's something I particularly enjoy. A global EVP needs to flex without breaking. I help organisations take a centrally defined proposition and make it resonate locally, adapting proof points, language, and activation for different markets while keeping the strategic thread intact.
Yes. I've delivered EVP and employer brand work in defence, financial services, retail, and healthcare, all of which come with their own regulatory and compliance constraints. I understand how to navigate approvals processes and create work that's both compelling and compliant.
